Artist of Life Music & Films is a music and film production company specializing in documentaries about found sound music & the arts. We produce original music made from recycled materials for radio, television and film. We also are an independent distribution company with the emphasis on the educational & global television market.

Project Found Sound is a division of Artist of Life Music & Films. Its mission is to assist in the development and promotion of creativity pertaining to the environment and the "Found Sound" musical movement. Through the use of community outreach programs, workshops, performances and films, Project Found Sound strives to create new educational and economic opportunities for individuals and communities all around the world.

David Zucker Director/Producer began his career as a club dj in the late 70s while attending college in upstate New York. He later moved to Los Angeles to start a mobile dj company, and in the mid 90s began writing, directing and producing theatrical performances and developing teenage social programs. It was in that work that the idea of directing documentaries was born. He soon began traveling throughout Central and South America as well as the Caribbean in search of inspiring stories about teenage artists. It was through those travels that Artist of Life Music & Films and Project Found Sound: Students for the Environment were created.

David Zucker is an environmental education consultant and a self-taught film & theater director. He learned early on the necessity of being one's own producer. The same idea has translated into setting up his own music and film distribution company with the release of his first two films "Found Sounds Bahia" and "Colors of a Creative Culture." Both of these films are on regular rotation on The Documentary Channel & PBS. A third film, "Project Found Sound" will be available in the summer of 2009.
